Education or Masters in US is definitely worth it ! It gives you more exposure than anything else. But at the same time, it might not be worth doing your Masters from a University which is not worth your profile. Do a Masters from a Good University. A masters from a bad university might never help you in your career. If you are a Techie Geek and have the burning desire to learn, then do your MS without wasting time.
On the other hand, working for a while and then pursuing your Masters isn't such a bad idea after all. Work Experience would definitely help you in your Masters. It would also help you to get a Financial Aid by working under Professors.
