Reporting Scores

Reference forms

Recommendation forms given by the university, where the recommenders have to tick or fill in the appropriate options.These forms, then need to be stapled to the letterheads of the recommenders and then sealed and stamped.

Bank Statement

A statement issued by the bank where your guardian/parent/spouse/sponsor holds a savings account declaring the money in that account.This amount must be equal to the average first year fees of the all the universities you are applying to i.e approx $ 25,000.

Affidavit of Support

The sponsor indeed is known to you/ the person who is sponsoring you is indeed your father/mother/ guardian.Basically the person is willing to support you through your education and this is given in written on stamp paper.

Financial Responsibility forms

These forms are given by the university which need to be signed by your sponsor. Again to assure the university that he/she/they shall pay through their nose to educate you.
