Important Deadlines for Spring 2008

Understandably the chronological order in which deadlines approach start with international applicants applying for fellowship/aid, followed by international applicanst who just apply to get in, and then the lucky domestic applicants need to apply.

Most big universities have different institutes for eg: The information networking Institute in Carnegie Mellon University, which offers a specialized course. Such institutes have different deadlines from the programs in the University and need to be checked sperately.

Spring deadlines, due to fewer applicants are usually some time in August till mid-September.Some are as late as November.

Strangely 15th of the specified months seems to be a favourite for deadlines.
